Johnny came to my place to replace the motor and the belt on my opener. He was quick to diagnose the problem and was immediately able to quote the work. He had the parts with him and was done with the job within an hour or two. Cleaned everything up before he left and was very nice about everything. They fixed my problem but charged more than I thought was reasonable. When I called to complain, the manager agreed with me and offered to reimburse some of the money. In the interim I had developed another problem on my other door. We agreed that they would fix it at no charge. They did and all is working well now. They were most accommodating and I am changing my rating to 5 * based on the whole experience.

MRS garage door along with Bulls Garage Door LLC sent someone to look at our door opener which was not working. We decided it was old and we needed a new one. We chose a high end unit that works with our phone and connects to our Tesla. It's also really quiet! I never knew the motor was the noise and not the rollers. Leroy did a quick and efficient job installing in less than an hour. We are very happy! A+
