Ben was amazing! He explained everything and gave us options. We were so Impressed with his work on the first garage door we had repaired that we decided we wanted our 2nd door updated too. Ben came out that same evening and installed a new motor and springs on our second garage door! We would highly recommend Ben for any of your garage door needs. Really nice person to work with too! I had an issue with the alignment of my garage door after the initial repair. I reached out to the company, and although there was some back and forth at first, they ultimately came back out, addressed the problem, and made it right. They even comped me for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. Thanks again for taking the time to correct the issue glad we were able to get it resolved.

I want to praise MRS on their excellent customer service. I ran into a discrepancy over the cost of the service, but their customer service team was extremely professional and got back to me immediately. We came to an agreement and they followed up very thoroughly. I would recommend MRS just based off of this 10 out of 10 times. In terms of the work, it was completed in a timely manner and everything seems to be in great working order. The tech arrived on time and completed the work within the hour. Again I would recommend this company purely based off of their professionalism.

Johnny came to my place to replace the motor and the belt on my opener. He was quick to diagnose the problem and was immediately able to quote the work. He had the parts with him and was done with the job within an hour or two. Cleaned everything up before he left and was very nice about everything. It was a smooth transaction and got me out of the pickle of having a garage door stuck in the "up" position. Thanks Johnny!

I love the fact that MRS Garage Door Services was quick to respond to my request. The technician was prompt and courteous. An issue arose, but their customer service wonderfully handled it, and the issue was completely and expeditiously handled in a short period of time. In my opinion, a company’s customer service department represents the integrity of that company, before and after a service is rendered. So, with that in mind, I highly recommend MRS Garage Services to others who have garage door issues, and who are also looking for excellent customer service practices, as well.
