Debbie Zboray of 4 Elements Personal Training, has changed my body and life forever!
Before meeting Debbie I was on the road to being obese- and in the last 6 months I have lost 2.2% body fat, several inches and am fitting back into clothes I thought I was giving away!
Now to the life changing part, not only has loosing weight, and what not given me a better outlook on life, but I am stronger, and feel like I can conquer any challenge that comes my way.
I am student of the Bootcamp program, which changes DAILY!! Keeps me interested and that helps me stick with the program!
The best part about Debbie and 4 Elements is their approach is realistic- there are no promises made that cannot be achieved! Debbie is a testament to her own program, and I will tell you first hand she looks great!

Debbie is great..she helped me lose inches as well as pounds. and get into shape..In addition, I now watch what I eat and am conscious of my food intake. She is keeping me in the right direction...!!! Thank you Debbie!!!!
