    We charged based off of 3, 6 and 12 month commitments.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a free initial consultation. During this consultation we will get to know more about you and your goals. We will go over your nutrition and health status and use the functional movement screening to see what level of fitness you are in. This is so we can fit you into a safe and efficient program.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a combined total of 4 different personal training certifications as well as a nutrition certification. personal training Certs: WITS, SmartFitness, Nesta, Equinox Education, precision nutrition
