Dina had some very tough shoes to fill after our Pilates teacher moved. Dina has made the transition incredible. She is knowledgeable, professional, and knows exactly how to work with each individual client. We will be working with her indefinitely

Dina is such a sweet person & a wonderful instructor! We hired her for my sister’s bachelorette party for morning yoga and she was great. We all really enjoyed it and would hire her again!

Dina was such a pleasure to have as our Pilates instructor! We had a bachelorette weekend and asked her to come to the house. She made the Pilates class fun and it was such a good work out! She has so much knowledge about Pilates. Would definitely do more classes with her. If you’re thinking about booking her for something fun or to learn Pilates ..do it!!!

Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. Dina keeps changing things up to prevent you getting bored. I would like to see her again but my baby keeps changing his schedule and it's impossible to plan things well. Maybe, in the future. I do think that my classes with Dina made me strong enough for labor and after.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a new student special of 3 classes for one set price. That price is determined whether they are coming to me, or if I am traveling to them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them to tell me about their health history, what led them to Pilates/Yoga and what they hope to get out of the sessions. The first session is usually a basic session to establish their level of comfort and then I base each subsequent class on what they have told me and around their unique preferences and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years of teaching experience and hold certifications in Yoga, Yoga assists and adjustments, Classical Pilates Mat and have had over 650+ hours of training in the Classical Pilates Equipment.
