When I reached out to Eric at Brass Plumbing he took the time to listen to my situation. Then, he told me he would be sure to get there as soon as possible so there would be no damage to my home from this upstairs leak. When Eric arrived on time he was completely professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. When the parts were delivered, Eric reached out immediately and came to finish fixing the problem with my shower. Eric followed up without me having to touch base with him at all. His price was cheaper than all of the estimates I received for the problem with my shower. I cannot believe how easy it was to fix this problem and how easy it was to work with Brass Plumbing. Eric at Brass Plumbing is now my plumber. I know that I can trust him and that I’m in good hands.
