Appliance Repair 101's reply

Thx Erica but , thumbtack does charge all pros fee against all the service requests come through this app . You reached multiple pros , it’s free for you but we pros pay for this request and it’s non refundable fee . When we try to reach you to schedule service call you won’t text or pickup . It’s a loss for the company. Henceforth, try to hire only one company at a time don’t go price shopping multiple pros cause pros loose money you don’t . Appliance Repair 101 takes pride in helping all central NJ with Affordable guaranteed repairs. Thank you and wish you best .

FYI , This client wanted free service , tech did the diagnostics & gave estimate for the repair .but , this customer declined to honor service call fee which is clearly stated in this App. All pros here pay fee when request comes in via this app . We need to recover this fee via service call period. Appliance Repair 101 is proud to service the neighborhood and all central NJ area with pride and love what we do to help NJ homeowners and landlords fix their home appliances at affordable cost guaranteed.
