- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process to close a deal typically takes about two days. First of all customers get in touch with me to get the measurements and show them carpet or flooring samples.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took some classes with flooring techniques from Shaw and Mohawk.
