- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Information is helpful, especially when dealing with laptops. Providing model numbers and identifying configurations makes it much easier for us to know what we are working on. If dealing with a physically broken computer, pictures are extremely valuable. Seeing exactly what is broken goes a long way to make sure that all parts will be replaced at the same time.
