If you want to learn how to add fabulous plant-based food to your diet, I offer raw-food preparation classes that include raw, living, organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, processed-free, and sugar-free foods. I'm an award-winning educator, and my workshops are fun and informative. I also facilitate a monthly meetup group, Raw Vegan/Living Food Potluck, in Central NJ. Feel free to join us.

Classes are fully personalized to meet your needs. I can target classes from beginners to advanced or anywhere in between.

    I have attended several raw food classes and potlucks delivered and organized by Barbara. The demonstrations, such as water kefir, and raw almond and coconut shakes, were absolutely fun as well as detailed and informative. Barbara is very pleasant and communicates joy through her love and dedication to healthy food preparation. The atmosphere she creates is authentic and welcoming. Totally recommend.

    Barbara was fantastic! She was knowledgeable about the class topic she was teaching (water-based, fermented grain beverages). She was well-organized, prepared, and engaging throughout. I love creating and then watching the look on someone's face as their eyes light up, tasting one of my Rawfully Tempting treats!

I've seen many improvements in my own health since starting the raw lifestyle, and I am not 100 percent raw, but if I can help someone to feel better by adapting a better way of eating...what a joy for us both!

A. Roll up your sleeves, let go of any fear, get to know your ingredients...and PLAY! Don't go into this field unless you are passionate about it...and LOVE it with all of your being.

Creating exciting and delicious recipes is an art...allow your inner artist to e!merge, and let LOVE be the key ingredient in everything you create.

A. Creativity - I gave up the fear of "screwing up" a recipe...and try to prepare food intuitively. Most times it works...other times - I just laugh at the results! Color, tastes, textures - combining them all is one of my greatest joys!
