He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in plain language without making us feel rushed. The part was replaced the same day. Would absolutely call him again and recommend him to anyone."

I rarely give reviews. However, I gave a last minute request and they came and fixed the issue. I thought there was an issue afterwards. I called them back and again..last minute notice they came. they showed me what the issue was and they assisted. I will always use them if I need help again. very professional!!

Young Lee is very hardworking and a perfectionist. He is very professional, friendly, and enjoys his appliance repair work. He worked on repairing/replacing our faucets, realigned our front door, and fixed areas of the door that were not airtight. He also painted the edges of the door where the paint has pealed off. He replaced one of the comodes where the seating was starting to crack. All in all, I recommend him strongly for all kinds of fix-up jobs. He charges a reasonable rate.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Pro Fix Appliance Repair! They repaired my hot tub quickly and professionally, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The technician Bob was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

What impressed me most was how fast they got the job done. Thanks to their prompt service, my hot tub was up and running just in time for Father's Day, which made the weekend even more special for our family.

If you're looking for reliable, honest, and efficient repair service, I highly recommend Pro Fix Appliance Repair. Thank you for the excellent work and exceptional customer care!
