The tech was polite and knew his business. He was prompt and right on time. He gave me a progress report during the scan. The data lost could not be recovered as there was a hidden trojan which escaped detection with MalwareBytes. There was also a mechanical problem with the HD. He did not charge me for the service. A great guy altogether.

The recovery of the data was not feasible due to important physical damages on the HDD.

He was quick turn around once he had the parts in (one day to get parts) and did a nice job. I would recommend using them. In fact, I already need to use him again for another broken screen!
