My name is Richard Zebro, and I am a certified Professional Life Coach and a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) Partner. If you are feeling weighed down by thoughts, emotions, or limiting beliefs that are impacting your potential or your peace of mind, I invite you to explore the healing possibilities with IFS Life Coaching. As your IFS Coach, my role is to walk alongside you, offering insight, compassion, and a safe space for you to discover the strength within yourself.
Through this coaching, we will work together to empower you with tools for self-therapy, leading you to a deeper understanding of yourself and helping you step into your fullest potential.

To Richard Zebro,
I am writing to you today to express my profound gratitude for the life-changing guidance and support you have provided me through your IFS coaching service. When I began this journey, I was struggling to cope with the overwhelming effects of PTSD, and 1 felt as though I was a prisoner to my panic attacks and the constant fear they brought. I often felt trapped in the past, unable to move forward.
The tools you have given me have been nothing short of a lifeline. Before our work together, a panic attack felt like an unstoppable force, a tidal wave of terror that would completely consume me. I didn't know how to stop it, and I felt helpless in its wake. Through IFS, you taught me how to communicate with my inner child---the part of me that was holding onto so much pain and fear. This concept was foreign to me at first, but it has become the most powerful anc compassionate tool I possess.
Instead of fighting the panic, I now have the ability to sit with it. I have learned to listen to the scared little one inside me, to offer comfort and assurance, and to gently remind them that they are safe in the present. This simple act of connection and self-compassion has fundamentally changed my experience of a panic attack. It no longer feels like an enemy to be defeated, but rather a part of me in need of love and attention
Through this process, I have slowly but surely begun the difficult work of letting go of the past. The pain is still there, but it no longer defines me. I am learning to trust myself and to find peace in the present moment, something I didn't believe was possible before
Thank you for your patience, your wisdom, and your unwavering belief in my ability to heal. You have given me a new perspective on my trauma and, most importantly, you have given me the tools to reclaim my life. I am so grateful for the work we have done together and for the hope you have restored in me.
