Modern Upgrade installed our fence and replaced and widened our driveway. Communication was so easy and fast! Herminio and his team met all of our needs and addressed any/all of our concerns. Once the work was complete, they cleaned everything up and put down grass seed as well! Definitely would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Modern Upgrade team replaced my existing patio with a new one and did additional paving work on the porch landing area and near our driveway. They did an excellent job with a great work ethic! In addition, they are swift in responding to our requests during the work. Herminio is great to work with during the quotation process as well as when his team is doing the work! I would highly recommend him for any patio/paving work!
