FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront, flat-rate pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprise charges once the job is done. As a family-owned company, we set our prices to reflect fair, honest value rather than corporate margins, and we're happy to walk through the cost breakdown before you commit to anything. Members of our Home Shield Club receive priority scheduling, annual maintenance visits, and discounted rates on repairs. We also offer transparent emergency rates for 24/7 calls, so you'll know what to expect even outside normal business hours. We also offer discounts for local first responders, military, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to understand the issue and get a general sense of what's needed, then schedule a visit at a time that works for you. Once on site, our technician diagnoses the problem, explains what's going on in plain language, and provides a clear, upfront quote before any work starts. From there, we complete the repair or installation to code, test everything thoroughly, and walk you through the work performed along with any warranty details. We follow up afterward to make sure everything is running the way it should.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed and insured plumbers and HVAC professionals with formal trade training and years of hands-on field experience. We stay current on the latest code requirements, equipment, and best practices across plumbing, heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems through ongoing education and manufacturer certifications. This means every job, from a routine drain cleaning to a full furnace installation, is handled by someone who genuinely knows the systems inside and out, not a subcontractor unfamiliar with your home. Our owner's family has 100+ years Trade experience right here in Bergen County.
