I had what turned out to be a stuck drain in one of the a/c units. He did his diagnostics, found it, fixed it and stayed for a bit just to make sure the problem was gone. Pretty happy with the service. Would recommend

Nick and Luke from Gladiator Services in Hillsdale recently helped me and my family out tremendously under emergency circumstances. On a Saturday evening, my back water valve which is tied to my fire suppression unit unexpectedly broke and my house started to flood. After I got someone to stop the water in my house after hours of it running, I quickly called several plumbing experts and Nic was one of only two who promptly answered the call. Within about three days he was in my house and resolved the serious fire suppression system dilemma which cost me thousands of dollars in damages. His co worker Luke also assisted him and was very helpful. Nic knew exactly what was going on with my fire suppression system since he told me he was a certified fire suppression expert which there are few of in bergen county. He worked very promptly and resolved this serious issue. Within one week two milder yet serious plumbing issues happened in my house and both Nic, Luke and another co worker resolved the issue. I can vouch for Nic and Luke. Nic is great since he has a lot of experience. Luke is effective but younger. So he is an all star in training but again helpful.David & Maryann, Ramsey N.J. region

A backflow valve on a fire suppression system letting go on a Saturday night... what a nightmare?! Glad Nick picked up and could get the fire suppression repair sorted so quickly. Certified fire sprinkler techs are thin on the ground in Bergen County, and it shows on a job like that.
"All star in training" is about right for Luke. I'll make sure they both see this.

As a family-owned company, we set our prices to reflect fair, honest value rather than corporate margins, and we're happy to walk through the cost breakdown before you commit to anything. Members of our Home Shield Club receive priority scheduling, annual maintenance visits, and discounted rates on repairs.
