When installing lighting fixtures in rooms without attic access, it will be necessary to create additional openings in the ceiling to facilitate wire routing. I will then apply the initial layer of compound to these openings; however, I will not be performing any sanding or painting.
I always make sure my customers are happy with the results and everything is as clean as before the job.
