Introduction: Please check availability. i may be available sooner or not available the time you are requesting. please select 1 light i have to pay according to the number of lights even if I don't get hired Always make sure all my customers are 100% satisfied with quality and perfection. There are no hidden fees at the end of the job. For recessed lights, ceiling fans, and light fixtures in a room without attic access, additional holes will have to be cut on the ceiling to run wires. I will patch them, but i don't sand or paint. I don't work on ceilings higher than 10 ft. Business hours are 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday

James installed 6 recess lights and two ceiling fans in our basement area. The lights have certainly illuminated some dark spots that made it very gloomy. James was professional and reasonable from start to finish. He covered everything in plastic even though he didn’t need to because other contractors are coming to work this week as well. He helped us achieve our vision for our home. I would recommend James to anyone looking for lighting work.

I am very pleased with the quality of James work and responsiveness in making himself available even on his day off which I didn’t know until after he completed the job and for that I am pleased with my choice. He installed and assembled 3 ceiling fans in my condo mind you there were no electricity in any of the three rooms ceiling. Amazing!!! Thanks James!!! Here’s a picture of one of the three fans.
