We just recently bought a home and uncovered that the previous owners hid a persistent water issue which bred a lot of mold. Unfortunately, we had to rip up the flooring and redo the French drains. I called on Tom to test and document the mold. I clicked with Tom immediately and based on other reviews I read, decided to not extend the process by getting several quotes. His prices seemed beyond fair and at the end of this whole ordeal, I feel confident it was money well spent.
Tom is a genuinely good guy that was sympathetic to all our water and mold problems. He took his time during the 3 visits he made (initial mold testing + air quality test, 2nd air quality tests in untested areas, and a follow-up clearance test after the we had remediation done). Tom also recommended a couple remediators and after getting several quotes, one of his recommendations was the best. Tom even provided a detailed report with recommendations that I could give to the remediators.
Tom is the guy you want by your side during stressful mold situations. After receiving the clearance tests back, I’m happy to report that we are toxic mold-free. My family and I are incredibly grateful.

I have very fair and straight forward prices. Please contact me for details. I offer a 15% discount for Veterans and Seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions about your home or business to help determine if you have a mold issues. I do a complete inspection to evaluate for possible or future mold issues and explain the testing procedures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified mold inspector in New Jersey and a licensed mold inspector and tester in New York. NY license # MA02435\
In addition, I am a member of ECAN, Environmental Consultants. I also have a certification in Air Quality Testing.
