- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we're a broker and not an installer, we're not married to any one panel, inverter, install team. We have one goal in mind: getting you the most cost-effective system available. We are also always running discounts. Just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first chat over the phone so we can both get to know one another. I feel every business transaction should be comfortable. I then come to the house for a quick inspection and detailed proposal. The rest we'll go over during your visit.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had solar installed on my house and I loved it so much I wanted to help other, working and middle class Americans, save money just like me.
