The technician arrived at the agreed upon time. He listened to my description of the problem, eyeballed the machine, and easily diagnosed the problem. His repair was quick and I haven't had a problem with my dishwasher since. Considering his communication with me, I assume that he had an outstanding customer-relations background. And, the price was right!
