Our washer stopped draining. Your technician aside from being professional was honest and kind. After replacing two parts and still not being able to repair it he didn’t take advantage of us and charge us extra. He actually removed the parts gave us back our money and only charged us for the consult because he was in fact unable to repair the machine. His kindness made us repeat customers.
