Lashonda is the BEST! I have bronchitis so I can't use oven cleaners and I'd put off cleaning it a LONG time. She deep cleaned my very dirty oven, broiler and stovetop till it sparkled! She even cleaned the back wall over my stove that had a lot of grease on it. She also cleaned underneath the oven which was just an absolute mess I couldn't handle. Finesse your Mess has custom pricing based off the needs of the clients. We offer a $10off your first service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finesse your Mess will contact you to discuss your needs and expectations. Then we will book an appt that is most convenient for them. We confirm all bookings via text, you will receive an arrival text. First, walk thru-quick tour of the space and what needs to be cleaned. The Final walk-through client expects work to ensure all needs are met before payment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for busy wfh clients, disabled, moving in/out. I've worked for families with multiple children as well.
