I had my windows replaced in 2001 and they looked great but they're falling apart and wont close all the way. Also, from the beginning, the double pained glass fogs up when I was promised that it wouldn't happen and it is dirty inside with no way of cleaning them. I have called the number but it doesnt work. There's no way of getting them on the phone.
