Jorge came to my home to review the work. The house is in such disarray..,part from ongoing fire restoration, on top of disorganization
We did a walk through to talk about the WORST areas (kitchen cab exteriors, bathrooms, one that had little attention and needed the grout cleaned in detail - thank god it wasn’t white grout).
Then, we decided not to worry about certain rooms ( like the office & sunroom my 18 yo demolished - that’s HIS JOB to pickup) and shelving, as floors getting re-fines, etc
Glad we took the time to prioritize. He was cleaning all day, until 5:30 (possibly 6:30) There were 2 small items he couldn’t get to, and he told me. These were 2 items less noticeable and were pretty clean anyway. So he made good choices
FYI: he is knowledgeable about using only certain products in natural stone like marble and bluestone and is careful using bleach type products in the toilet while the floor is marble
He has other workers to come as a pair, but our situation was so specific it was best with one this time. He’s pretty local, and I was comfortable leaving him to clean while I went out
So the cleaning was great, but he also has a wonderful personality, which is very upbeat.
Finally his is good with dogs - ours is a sweetheart, but he jumps up and gets over excited meeting new people.
Overall, very good experience.
