- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do for most part. I am new to being a freelance MUA (and fellow MUAs know it can be expensive) so I do set a standard price but of course I'm aware I have to prove my talent so pricing isn't too high
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask what they usually use in their face and if they have any allergies. Prep and double sanitize equipment. I'll start to converse with them to see what they are looking for, what type of event is it for, what they are wearing. All to make sure the end result is well put together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied chemical technology and worked in labs in which made me familiar with the formulations of many products and what is best to use. I have had training under very well known MUAs and beauty bloggers!
