I had a flood in my finished basement because of a refrigerator filter leak. The flood was noticed 2 days after, with the floor covered in water. We were very concerned about mold due to obvious reasons, with our kids spending a lot of time in the basement, etc. We contacted 1-800 Water Damage, Edward arrived and immediately assured us that the water damage will be removed and any mold will be identified and remediated. They took care of all the paperwork needed for my insurance company, they were prompt, professional and took care of all the clean up. They did find mold and removed it. I feel totally comfortable with my children playing the basement after what they've done.

I had a consistent leak from by bathtub which caused some water damage that impact the ceiling of the room underneath which was the laundry room.
Boris and Edward immediately responded to my call and were great at answering all of my questions and alleviated my concerns and assured me that everything will be fixed. They interfaced directly with my insurance company, sparing me the hassle. They were always on time and kept a clean workspace while making sure not to inconvenience me or my family.
