I had a serious waterdamage issue in my house after a storm caused water to spread through the ceiling and part of the living room. I was very stressed because I did not know how bad the damage was or what steps to take.
Edward responded right away when I called. He answered all my questions and addressed every concern I had. He stayed in contact during the whole process and made sure I always knew what was happening.
Edward reassured me that everything would be handled and that the process would be simple and stress-free. Their calm and clear communication helped me feel much better about the situation.
One thing that helped me the most was that I did not have to deal with the insurance claim myself. They handled the insurance process and took care of the paperwork, which saved me a lot of time and frustration.

We recently closed on our home and needed mold remediation done on our basement. Eddie took the time to explain the steps and also how to prevent mold in the future. What a huge plus that he was able to get his staff (shoutout to Roberto as well!) to come and remediate the mold right away, on Thanksgiving day at that! When they came back to pick up the equipment, they even brought in one of our packages that came in earlier than expected to secure it! Overall, we were satisfied with the service and highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to work with your insurance first. You dont need to even call them. We do everything for you, including speaking with an adjuster. If your insurance does not cover your damage, we will do our absolute best to be reasonable but not sacrificing the quality of our work and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First... We are available 24/7 and if you call us, even during the night - we will be there for you! We know that water damage gets only worse, so we will be there immediately. Mold and Fire Damage, don't worry - we will handle it. When at your location, we will assess what the issue, damage is and tell it to you straight. We will take on all the responsibility with the communication with the insurance and make sure that we do our absolute best. If you will have any questions, or concerns, you will have our personal number which you can call any time.
