Mark was extremely professional, friendly, and responded with urgency. Great customer service - he's very positive on the phone and in person, and clearly explained root cause of the problem and how he'd fix it. Best of all, he delivered quality work. Note, he reshuffled his schedule to accommodate us due to the urgency of our problem - much appreciated. Mark proved he is someone I can trust with future electrical work for me and my family.
