- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are priced individually based on the specific details of the request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work closely with customers regardless of where they are in the process. Whether our customers require only an installation or should they need help selecting materials and finishes or even to reach out to one of our recommended architects, we are there every step of the way. Our company is founded on the principle of radical transparency. To that end we believe in immediately establishing an open and honest dialogue with our customers that extends throughout the entire project duration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While undergoing a 4-year apprenticeship I also elected to take additional classes in specific areas of construction (e.g., drafting, print-reading, suspended ceiling systems, cabinetmaking, etc.)
