- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It helps to know the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether pets live in the home, and if any specific areas need extra attention. Knowing whether the cleaning is maintenance, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out also helps us provide the most accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts us, we first gather basic details about the home such as size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and the type of cleaning needed. Based on that information we provide an estimate and schedule the service. For first-time clients we often recommend a deep cleaning to bring the home to maintenance level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential cleaning techniques including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and detailed kitchen and bathroom sanitation. As the owner, I have a business and operations background, which allows us to run our cleaning service with strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistent, high-quality results.
