John and his crew were amazing. We got a reasonable estimate for the amount of work that was needed to be done. They were very punctual and arrived right on time. They came fully prepared with all protective equipment required. And worked really hard and efficiently to finish the work within the estimated timeline. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

John answered my call, took all my information and gave me a reasonable quote. He was responsive to any questions I had and scheduling was a breeze.
He and his assistant called when on their way and came prepared to get started. They evaluated everything I had that needed to go into the POD and very efficiently worked in unison to load everything in the order I needed to access it. I was amazed at how snug and safe everything was packed in! Things I didn’t think would fit were loaded. The whole experience from start to finish was handled professionally and with such kindness and thoughtfulness.

Going into our move, I was a little nervous since this was the 1st time hiring movers. I had seen reviews on some companies where they charged way more than they promised, showed up late or did a terrible job. This was NOT the case with Firmus. From the initial pjhone conversation with John and Chris, to the final piece - everything was fantastic. Upon arrival John and his team all introduced themselves and right away set my mind at ease. They all did a great job wrapping things, making sure everything was protected and working at a steady pace. The move into our new house went even better, and everything was quickly set in place. They were absolutely the right choice for the job and I highly recommend them for your next move. Prompt. Courteous and a pleasure to work with - all very good guys. And the best part, we paid exactly what we expected with no hidden fees and no stretching the job to make more money. Great job John and crew!

I’m more than impressed by this company! Words cannot express my sincerest gratitude for their hard work. They were available at last minute, but did not cut corners. They were on time, handled my items with care, packed and moved our 3 bedroom apartment with 10 years of accumulation in just 2 days. They even put everything back together at our new place. They were beyond professional and the price was more than reasonable. They were honest and realistic from the beginning. When they looked at the job to give an estimate, it was fair and well thought out. They never stopped working and I didn’t see one person ever take a break for a second. I’ve moved 3 times from different homes in different states in the last 3 years and no one compares to this company. There are a lot of companies out there with great ratings, but you will not be disappointed with this company unless you have unrealistic expectations. They’re the real deal.

Hire these guys! John, Chris and Jesus are a professional, efficient, courteous, hard working team who take pride in their customer service. Their quote was honest and reasonable. I paid exactly what I expected with no deflated price to sucker me in to paying hidden fees like other moving companies I've hired in the past. They delivered durable crates in advance which was a huge advantage for self packing and I ultimately saved hours on the move day, plus the expense of packing materials. Not to mention, they allowed me to hold the crates with enough time to unpack into my new home. These guys have a good thing going, I recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth transition into a new space.
