Chris came on time, and was very kind hearted. He provided exceptional service and stayed long hours to figure out a Murphy bed I purchased from marketplace without instructions. Although, it took him several attempts to complete the task he delivered under the circumstances. Not only did he deliver he provided additional support in a project beyond his call of duty.
