Our pricing is based on the scope, complexity, labor, materials, and time required for each project. We provide clear estimates before starting whenever possible. For larger projects, ongoing maintenance, or customers with multiple projects, we can offer customized pricing. Our goal is to provide quality professional work at a fair and competitive price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer's needs and learning about the project. For many jobs, we schedule an on-site visit to inspect the existing conditions, troubleshoot any issues, take measurements, and discuss options. We then provide a clear scope of work and estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, coordinate materials and equipment, complete the installation or repair, and we review everything before the job is considered complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate Degree in Electrical Technology and have over 27 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. My experience includes electrical work, construction and remodeling, building maintenance, troubleshooting, low-voltage systems, audio/video installations, and project coordination. This combination of technical education and extensive field experience allows me to understand problems, find practical solutions, and complete projects safely and professionally.
