Quality of the olden days, skillset of today’s best! Dan was the first handyman I’d hired in the area, and he will definitely be my go-to expert moving forward. I recently moved to the area, and have been struggling with the “image-only” instructions for my furniture pieces. What I thought was virtually impossible to figure out, Dan deciphered, constructed, and positioned in an hour! Not only did he complete the project, he helped me trouble-shoot an issue with the piece itself. It was missing a light strip, and it looked “off” from the online image. He helped me address the issue, measured everything manually, tested its sturdiness (to ensure that the image being different did not compromise the functionality), AND offered to come back and install the replacement piece free of charge, once the company delivered it. A spice rack I’d ordered had arrived that morning, and was far more complicated than I’d expected. Without even looking at the 800,000 pieces in the box, he was open to the job! We agreed on a fair price for adding the piece, and he put it together on the spot, in under 10 mins! Installing the new rack, we found that the door part did not fit as I’d envisioned when making the purchase. Dan provided the same phenomenal quality of service here as well, proving that his customer service, expansive skillset, and detailed attention to both the technical aspects of the project and the overall quality of the client’s experience are core values of this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Gold star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
