Rob is top notch! The entire experience was excellent. He’s punctual, professional, and thorough. We had an evening appointment and Rob had my complete report to me before the night was over! He was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and help to reassure me that all was well. My agent was also impressed and plans to refer him to her other clients.
