How does your service stand out?

You will not see any online version certifications on my wall like WITS. The avg personal trainer at a gym has 6-8 clients. Currently, my practice trains 25 different individuals per week. Not only do I have years of experience in weight loss, strength, cardio, boot camp, cardio kick boxing, I also have specializations in Nutrition, physical therapy, Lower back pain, elderly, Kids sport fitness, special needs, Parkinsons, MS, amputees.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

    I have been training with Dimitry since 2011. I've had trainers in the past, but he is called the best for a reason. I'm 47 and I don't think I looked this good in my 20's!

    Dimitri is an excellent personal trainer. He provides a workout experience that is motivating and works all of your body. I am feeling stronger and more flexible since I have been working out with him. He also ties in nutritional suggestions to help meet your personal fitness goals.

    I hated exercising before I started working out with Dimitry. I've been training with him for 4 years and he makes it fun and different each time. I look and feel better then I've ever have.

$50 per session. Train with a buddy for just $10 more

I never stop learning. I re certify for my training license every 2 years but I also work with doctors in different fields to keep my knowledge continuously growing

I've always been into fitness and had a natural gift for reading people. I was originally going into psychology, but eventually found my calling

The most important thing is to be mentally ready. It's a big step to say you need help. It's even more work to look in the mirror every single day and hate the way you look and feel. Allow me to change all that

Most people think I could never understand what their addiction to food is like.
