He was punctual and honest when it came to dry time. I wasn't present when work was performed so he called to let me know that it would not be cost effective to have him wait for things to dry. He was willing to come back for 30 min to finish the job

We were looking for someone to do a backsplash for us behind our newly installed vanity. It was a little to tricky for a do it yourself. We also needed the ceiling of the bathroom painted. Jim contacted us to look at the project. He gave us a great price on Saturday and scheduled the job on Monday. He came right on time and the results are amazing! Even better than we could have imagined! We highly recommend Tried and True Handyman and will definitely use Jim again! 5 stars!!
