I recently had the pleasure of working with Drain Hero and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and overall service.
From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. They were prompt in answering my questions and scheduling a time that worked best for me. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and were dressed professionally.
Once they arrived, they quickly assessed the problem and provided me with a clear explanation of what needed to be done. They were able to fix the issue efficiently and effectively, and they even provided some helpful tips to prevent the problem from occurring again in the future.

I had a clog in my stand up tub and he examined the situation and it turned out that I didn’t need a snaking. I needed to change my piping, because the plumbing wasn’t done right.and he explained very well what was the problem. He also un clogged my kitchen sink. Very helpful, will definitely call again!
