Nissi Pro responded quickly when our roof had a leak after this past rainstorm. They were able to replace damaged pipe boots within a day or two of our call. I love that this company is family owned - they were respectful, considerate, thorough, and pricing was reasonable. (I did appreciate that they provided before/after photos and advised me of potential wear-and-tear areas that need to be addressed this spring). They even repaired a few other small areas while they were up there! Will definitely be calling them back for this!

I had an excellent experience with Nissi-Pro Restoration from start to finish. They showed up on time for everything - the estimate, contract signing, and installation.I originally just wanted to repair one section of my roof, but once they got up there, it was clear the plywood underneath the entire roof had failed and needed to be replaced. What was supposed to be a one-day job turned into two days, and they handled the unexpected situation without any drama and just got it done.They took care of everything - repaired both chimneys, installed new flashing, resealed the skylights, and added ridge vents that my roof desperately needed. The cleanup was impressive too. They picked up every nail and scrap, and hauled everything away when they finished.I received a 25-year warranty and the certificate I needed for my insurance company. What really stood out was how they adjusted to discovering the failing plywood. They kept the price fair even with the extra work, which I really appreciated.I was so happy with how everything turned out that I had them come back to replace my shed roof that was starting to leak, and now it matches my house. It was the same quality experience.I highly recommend Nissi-Pro Restoration if youre looking for a roofing contractor. Theyre professional, clean, reasonably priced, and they do what they say theyre going to do.
