Sebastian and Andrea did a wonderful job on replacing two vent covers of my bathrooms and lightbulbs high up on the exterior sidings. They were very nice and explained patiently about how they would perform the work. I will definitely consider using them again in the future. Highly recommend Phoenix Construction!

Hired for a front door repair for sagging and rubbing on the frame. Sebastian came and quickly inspected, assessed what he needed and got to work. He worked the wood behind the hinges and also realigned the latches. He explained what he was doing as he went along each step and verified that I was fully satisfied at the end. I would recommend this person for the responsiveness, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge of the job, reasonable fees, and quality of work. Further, I will call him again for other work as it arises.
