I recently had my floors done by Modifloors. The team did a great job. Isabelle was a great coordinator of the work and I appreciated the way that she kept in contact with me. The guys had to remove old peel and stick tile which had been covering my hardwoodfloors for 20 years. They did a phenomenal job, and I am very pleased with their work. I will be hiring them again in the future.

5 Stars all the way! I truly had a fantastic experience with Modi Flooring this May 2025! I first met with Fernanda for the free estimate. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, & gave me a very fair & affordable estimate, after a few other companies had given me astronomical ones. She took her time with me & showed compassion, as we had a heartfelt conversation about my husband passing in 2021 & how hard it has been, on my own, to try to fix up the house we bought together. She made me feel confident with my decision to renovate & proud that I could finally accomplish this goal to replace floors that were a depressing eye sore in poor condition. After bringing several full size sample boards over to my house, I chose my style laminate & color with ease. She put me on the schedule within a week and the job was done in 2 days by Fabian! 2 Bedrooms (including closets) and a large kitchen/living room combo area. Fabian was punctual, friendly, helpful, & excellent at his trade! The 1st day, because my king size mattress & wood bed frame was extremely large & heavy, the owner Igor, came right over to help Fabian disassemble & move it, while they did the floor, then reassembled it & put it back in its place. He was also friendly & professional & helped me discard my old couch to the curb. After the job was completed, they continued to be responsive to me when I had questions. I forgot to have the floor under my stove done, so they had Fabian come back, at no extra charge, to do it. My small house (940 sq ft) now seems bigger, lighter, & airy instead of dark & depressing. It was a pleasure working with their company & I would recommend them to anyone! My floors look beautiful & I am extremely happy with the decision I made to hire them. Thank you to the entire Modi Flooring team. I am glad I found you on Thumbtack. Hire them! You won't regret it.
