Terrible communication and was a no-show on two occasions. After speaking with Jay he told me he would be at my property the next morning, I wait around and he does not show and ignored my calls and texts asking if he was still coming. Same thing a week later, told me he will be there, we text and confirm, and again was a no show. Do not waste your time, he wasted plenty of mine.
