- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible pricing, depending on the type of work, and I'm always open to discussing what fits your budget. I don't charge for inspections or estimates, I believe in being upfront and honest from the beginning, so you'll know what to expect before getting any work gets done. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I start with a free inspection or consultation to understand exactly what the customer needs. Then I give an estimate depending on the work, once that's clear I explain the process step- by- step I would go over pricing, and then answer any questions. Once we agree, I schedule the service and get to work. I always make sure the customer is left happy with the results before I consider the job well done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has been gained because most of my skills were hands- on experience and working directly in the field. I've been trained by experienced professionals, and I've handled a wide variety of jobs that have helped me build strong, reliable skills over the time or the years.
