We had a great experience with sunrise for our roofrepair. Luis was on time and was able to identify the problem and gave us a reasonable solution. Would definitely recommend!

I hired Eric from Sunrise Exteriors LLC to repair a roof leak around my electrical service pipe. Rather than pushing for an expensive roof replacement, he carefully inspected the issue and recommended a cost-effective repair.
The work included sealing the electrical pipe penetration and applying roof cement to vulnerable areas to prevent water intrusion. Eric was responsive, professional, and explained the repair process clearly. The work was completed promptly, and the price was fair.
I appreciate his honest assessment and willingness to focus on the necessary repairs instead of overselling additional work. If you're looking for someone reliable for roofrepairs and leak prevention, I would recommend Eric and Sunrise Exteriors LLC.

Eric is an honest business person. He fairly assessed the work that needed to be done, pointed out issues that I needed to be addressed which I hadnt noticed. He was mindful of my budget limitations, and the most urgent matters concerning my roof tiles and gutters. I felt that my home was truly taken care of at a reasonable rate and with skill and professionalism. I plan to continue.doing business with Sunrise Exterior LLC. So

I contacted Sunrise Exterior around 12 on a Friday, and Eric came to provide a free estimate by 3 PM the same day. He throughly checked all our gutters and took pictures to show me. He even mentioned he could see damage from carpenter bees and could seal off their entrance. He gave a reasonable quote to clean our gutters, and completed the job right away. I can't believe the entire process took about 4 hours total, call, estimate and job completion. One spring cleaning item checked off my list quickly! I highly recommend Sunrise Exterior! Thank you, Eric!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible pricing, depending on the type of work, and I'm always open to discussing what fits your budget. I don't charge for inspections or estimates, I believe in being upfront and honest from the beginning, so you'll know what to expect before getting any work gets done. No hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I start with a free inspection or consultation to understand exactly what the customer needs. Then I give an estimate depending on the work, once that's clear I explain the process step- by- step I would go over pricing, and then answer any questions. Once we agree, I schedule the service and get to work. I always make sure the customer is left happy with the results before I consider the job well done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has been gained because most of my skills were hands- on experience and working directly in the field. I've been trained by experienced professionals, and I've handled a wide variety of jobs that have helped me build strong, reliable skills over the time or the years.
