My family and I have hired Chef Batts in the last and both he and his work are amazing! He introduced us to his own personal teriyaki marinade for the steak dinner and everyone loved it! Then, we hired him again to make a specialized goat cheese cheesecake and my neighbors and I are still raving about it!
