Raul and A1 USA Construction provided a fair estimate compared to others and finished repairs to the flat roof over my front steps in a day. The flat roof has been leaking for a while and Raul removed the old roofing and reinforced the rotted beams and plywoods and pitched some flat area so I can have shingle roof and new gutter and gutter cover. New roofing looks nice and clean. He repaired vinyl siding and flashing. Thank you.

I contacted Raul about a soffit and fascia siding repair. He met with me the next day to give me an estimate. Raul arrived on time at noon. We agreed on a price for the work. Raul shopped for materials, started work and completed the work the same afternoon as the estimate. My siding was repaired in less than 24 hours after contacting Raul. The soffit and fascia siding to be repaired was located above a 3rd floor attic window. Raul is a pro on a ladder working at that height. He did an excellent job repairing The siding. The repaired siding looks amazing. I am very happy with the work he did. I would highly recommend Raul for your home repair needs. I would use him again. He does excellent work. He arrives on time. He works quickly.
