- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are always fair and based on the size and condition of the job. We offer free estimates, competitive rates, and sometimes seasonal discounts. There are no hidden fees — everything is explained up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate and roof inspection. Then we explain the problem, discuss the best solutions, and provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job and keep the customer updated throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained in roofing installation, leak detection, and safety procedures through years of hands-on experience. I’ve also completed manufacturer training for several roofing materials to ensure we meet high-quality standards.
