I needed my property snowplowed while my snowblower was being repaired. SMBN responded immediately and drove over an hour to shovel my long driveway. SMBN also assisted me by going to my parents' house and my mother-in-law's and shoveling their properties(My parents live an hour away from me in the opposite direction). I will definitely use them again.

Smbn was upset that I didn’t respond within a minute to his first reply to my initial message—ironically, his complaint about my response time was itself a response to the reply he was waiting for. I am not doing business with Smbn due to this interaction.
