I've been ripped off by these guys when they were A Genie HVAC. Stay clear of them, they can't be trusted. HVAC was broken, they came over and identified the problem as a broken ignitor, which is a $75 part. Too bad I only found out afterward. Quoted my $350 for it, and charged me almost $500 for the job overall. I phoned them and called them out on the rip off, and the response I got was "well you agreed to pay it". After some more pressing, I was told that they'd mail me a check for $200, which of course I never got. It's disgusting they are still in business. They're rebranded from "A Genie Heating & Air Conditioning" to "A Sewer Genie". Different name, same rip-off lowlifes.

We had just moved into our new home, and the next night, water was pouring into downstairs bedroom at 3 am causing damage.Joe called us immediately that morning after our distress call and he came over the same day. He quoted a price, stood by this price, and did not count minutes; he was mainly concerned only in doing this job to his satisfaction. His years of experience and expertise came through as well as pride in his business. Joe was honest, thorough, and what you might call," the old fashioned plumber" who stood behind his work. He waited awhile after job was completed to make sure all was running properly. We were in a panic, new to the state and we were so fortunate to have been given Joe's number for we did meet the sewer "Genie" who worked majic in a day to put our lives back on track minimizing water damage and getting our hot water back.Thank-you again Joe!!
