What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bookkeeping services are monthly fees, with the optional of additional services (payroll, tax filing, etc) for an additional fee. Tax preparation is a yearly fee for basic returns; depending on the complexity of the return, there can be additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will do an initial consultation with a new customer to find out their business needs. Then, I will offer them options of services that can enhance their business reporting requirements. There is no fee for a consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in finance, and am a certified enrolled agent with the IRS. I am also a QuickBooks online ProAdvisor, with over a decade of experience with the software (online and desktop).
