I reached out to HandyPro for a project that I had and I did receive a call back immediately but the follow-up, they dropped the ball. I had to wait two days for an estimate on a project that I needed completed immediately and this was communicated to them. They said they would call, text or email me the next day and did not. When I did speak to someone again, they said they had to talk to a supervisor first to get an estimate when the site states a free consultation. 3 days later, I received a text and email of the cost for my project which they never saw. The cost was over priced for a small job. How do you give an estimate for a project that you did not physically see yourself.

Isatu, I'm so sorry you are disappointed. We were attempting to provide you with an estimate without inconvenience. We have done so many of those projects it wasn't necessary to come and look. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum project starts at $80. We offer free estimates for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free no-obligation estimate is set up for you and then you are notified of the craftsman that has been assigned. The craftsmen provides an estimate via email and once the work is approved the craftsman collects the final payment and sends a copy of the paid invoice to the new customer. The satisfied customer rates us a 5 Star on Google.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many HandyPro business owners are Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists or are Certified Environmental Access Consultants. All HandyPro craftsmen receive specialized project-related training are continuously updating their skills.
